Savor a one-of-a-kind Food & Wine Classic experience prepared by Chef Nick Dugan & the Sorelle culinary teams as we explore the vibrant coastal cuisine of Amalfi. Hosted in the intimate private lounge and dining room, the evening begins on the beautiful patio on the 3rd floor during golden hour where you will enjoy apertivo and spritz’.
You’ll move indoors to the vibrant and sophisticated lounge to continue your experience with a 5-course menu highlighting regional ingredients, techniquess and tradition that will transport you for the evening. Sommelier Angel Prado will also pair the courses with riserva wine selections for the ultimate Italian feast.
