Discover the artistry of Ca’ del Bosco’s terroir

Join us for an intimate evening in Sorelle’s Private Dining Room featuring the celebrated wines of Ca’ del Bosco. On Thursday, June 5, from 7 PM to 9 PM, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully paired multi-course dinner highlighting the craftsmanship and complexity of one of Italy’s most iconic producers. 

Ca’ del Bosco, a benchmark name in Franciacorta, will showcase a selection of both sparkling and still wines. Highlights include the flagship Annamaria Clemente, the elegant Bordeaux blend Zanella, and a range of rare expressions. Executive Chef Nick Dugan has curated a menu designed to complement the structure and nuance of each pour. 

This intimate dinner offers not only a distinctive pairing experience, but also insight into the winemaking traditions that define Ca’ del Bosco. 

After dinner, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the featured wines at special retail pricing, a chance to continue the experience at home.
