Savor a one-of-a-kind Food &Wine Classic experience prepared by Chef Nick Dugan and the Sorelle culinary teams as we explore the vibrant coastal cuisine of Amalfi. Hosted in the intimate private lounge and dining room, the evening begins on the beautiful 3rd floor patio during golden hour where you will enjoy aperitivo and spritz’.  You’ll move indoors to the vibrant and sophisticated lounge to continue your experience with a 5-course menu highlighting regional ingredients, techniques, and traditions that will transport you for the evening. Sommelier Angel Prado will also pair the courses with riserva wine selections for the ultimate Italian feast.
