Experience a preview of what’s to come at The Crossing, the signature restaurant at The Cooper.  

Throughout March, The Crossing takes over the Bar and Lounge at Sorelle with a special menu that offers an early taste of the restaurant’s vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired flavors. Both concepts are led by Executive Chef Nick Dugan, whose ingredients-driven approach brings together the culinary spirit of each space for this limited-time experience.  

The menu features a selection of bites designed for a delicious evening in the lunge, including wood-fired pita, fagri crudo, falafel, dolmas, and a lamb burger.
