A Celebration of the Tomato with Chefs Nick Dugan &

As summer draws to a close and tomato season reaches its final stretch, reaches its final stretch, Sorelle welcomes Chef Jacques Larson, Culinary Director of Obstinate Hospitality, for a special collaborative dinner celebrating one of the season's most beloved ingredients. Joining Sorelle's Nick Dugan, the two chefs will present a multi-course menu devoted to the tomato, from bright and delicate to slow-cooked, concentrated, charred and sweet.

Friends and fixtures of Charleston's culinary community, Dugan and Larson share an approach rooted in Italian tradition, seasonality and the ingredients of the Lowcountry. For one evening, they'll bring their individual styles together through a menu that explores the remarkable versatility of the tomato, pairing familiar Italian flavors with unexpected preparations throughout each course.

Pomodor Dinner celebrates the close of tomato season, Italian cooking and the simple pleasure of one extraordinary ingredient in all its forms.
