Join us for a special, intimate evening at Sorelle's Wine Room featuring the wines of Tiberio, one of the most celebrated and influential estates in Abruzzo. Each course, crafted by Executive Chef Trevor Snee, will be paired with wines from this legendary producer, poured and discussed by Sorelle Lead Sommelier Angel Prado alongside winemaker Cristiana Tiberio herself. Guests will taste through Tiberio's range, from their Trebbiano and Pecorino whites through the Cerasuolo rosato to their single-vineyard Montepulciano d'Abruzzo bottlings, gaining rare insight directly from the source into how one of Italy's most talked-about winemakers is redefining the region.
